A new Document Automation feature is now available to help reduce manual effort when creating and managing documents
With Document Automation, bilabl automatically generates standardized folders and documents based on predefined client and matter conditions, eliminating repetitive setup tasks, ensuring consistency across all matters, and significantly speeding up document preparation.
These folders and files can be created either directly in bilabl or in integrated storage platforms such as SharePoint and Google Drive, allowing teams to continue working seamlessly within their existing document environments.
In addition, the system also automatically fills out common information (client names, addresses, or contact details, etc.), reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors.

Task management in bilabl has been enhanced with the introduction of subtasks, along with several improvements designed to help you better track and manage your work. Key improvements:

Team collaboration just got better with an enhanced Notes feature designed for faster and more seamless communication across client, matter, task and billing.

Mentions now include threaded replies, making it easier to follow discussions, and keep conversations organized. Reactions are also available, allowing team members to like comments, while quick mentions with screenshots help provide clearer context.
In addition, a new side panel allows users to quickly view notes related to a specific client, matter, or billing, helping teams stay aligned without losing focus on their work.
