Do you offer a trial?

Yes, trials are available and can be tailored based around your organization. Contact us to set up a trial.

Does bilabl allow multiple currencies?

Yes. If it isn’t on the system already tell us which currency you need.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, you have complete freedom of choice. If paid annually you will be able to use the software for the next twelve months. Then you can choose whether to renew. If paid quarterly, the same applies. Your data always belongs to you and can be exported. From our side your data is always safe, even if a subscription lapses. We will only delete your data with your express consent or upon request.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for a free trial?

How secure is my data?

All bilabl client data is kept on a secure AWS Server and is subject to the same global security standards and protocols required by the most data sensitive organizations. Data within the system is simultaneously backed up with the secure server as it is changed by each license user. As a further security measure there is a full data backup undertaken once a day.  Within the system, all sensitive data is encrypted. Within the daily functioning of the system no members of the bilabl team are able to access data such as client information, matters, billing, documents or permissions. When logged in, data is transmitted using an SSL connection. This is the same security protocol used for online banking.

How long does it take to migrate data to bilabl?

Typically it takes about two weeks for our technical team to migrate all of the data and work with the client to authenticate the accuracy of the migration. Of course, for the largest, most complex data sets this may be slightly longer. But, rest assured, our technical team will prepare a detailed timeline during the preparation period with each client.

How long does it take to train the team to use bilabl?

bilabl has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Our team will have them trained and ready to go in ten business days and after that our customer support will always be on hand for questions, queries and how-to’s.

Can I have customized invoices to match my firm branding and format?

During the free-trial and testing period clients can use any of our standard templates with the firm’s own logo. As soon the paid period commences our team will initiate a fully customized set of invoice templates to client parameters.
