Logging into bilabl is simple, whether using a username and password or SSO. This guide is designed for new users whose accounts have been created by an administrator, manager, or HR team member. If you don’t yet have a bilabl account, please contact your bilabl administrator and follow the guidelines provided here. To activate your account and log in, follow the steps below.
Before You Begin
Ensure you’re ready to activate and log in to bilabl:
- Confirm your account has been created with the email address you have access to.
- Verify you have your firm’s bilabl URL (e.g., yourfirm.bilabl.io). If you don’t know the URL, contact your administrator or bilabl support at support@bilabl.io.
Activate your bilabl account
After your account is created, you’ll receive an email to verify and set up your password. Here’s how to get started:
- Check your email inbox:
- Look for an email from bilabl with the subject line: Bilabl: Verify Account [Your Name and Email Address].
- If you don’t see it, check your spam, junk folder, or verify the email address matches the one provided to your administrator for creating the password. For other issues, please read the troubleshooting issue or contact bilabl support at support@bilabl.io if the issue still persists.
- Activate your account:
- Open the email and click the Activate Account button.
- If the button doesn’t work, use the token link provided in the email as an alternative. For other issues, please read the troubleshooting issue or contact bilabl support at support@bilabl.io if the issue still persists.
- Create a password:
- Enter a new password that meets these requirements:
- A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols (e.g., Dnls23@dd).
- If the password meets bilabl’s requirements, you’ll see a success message.
- Log in:
- Click Yes to return to the bilabl login page.
- Enter your email address and the password you just created to access your account.
- Click Sign In to access your bilabl dashboard
Reset your password
If you forget your password, you can reset it using the following steps:
- On the bilabl login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
- Check your email for a reset password link from Bilabl.
- Click the link, enter a new password meeting the requirements, and click Save.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting login issues
If you encounter login issues, try these solutions:
- No activation email: Check your spam/junk folder or confirm your email address is matched with email provided to your administrator to create an account.
- Activated button not working: Some email clients (e.g., Microsoft Outlook) may block the Activate Account button. Use the token link in the email instead.
- Incorrect firm URL: Verify you’re using the correct URL, which displays your firm’s logo. Contact your administrator for assistance.
- VPN or antivirus blocking: Ensure your VPN or antivirus software isn’t blocking the bilabl domain. Contact your IT team if needed.
