Google API Services Usage Disclosure

bilabl's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Data Accessed: Our application requests access to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope (Send email on your behalf) to provide the core email functionalities of bilabl.
• Data Usage: We only use this access to allow users to send emails directly from the bilabl platform using their connected Gmail account. We do not use this access to read, modify, or delete your existing emails.
• Data Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or sell your Google user data or authentication tokens to any third parties, including advertising platforms or data brokers.
• Data Storage & Protection: Your Google authentication tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement strict access controls and industry-standard security measures to protect this data from unauthorized access.
• Data Retention & Deletion: We retain your Google authentication tokens only for as long as you use the email integration feature. Users can revoke access or request complete deletion of their connection at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support.
